FAQ

  • How are roommates assigned?
We ask all applicants to fill out a housing applicaiton that includes questions that cover everything from general personality to living habits. We take answers to these questions very seriously! We also consider age, previous communal living experience, and whether or not someone will have a car. Most importantly, we pray over every applicant and ask the Lord who they should room with.
  • Can I choose who I live with?
Yes! If you know who you'd like to live with in our housing, simply include all of the names on your housing application. A full unit is four tenants.
  • Is your housing furnished?
Yes! All of our townhome units are completely furnished, including the kitchen.
  • Do the units have a washer and dryer?
Not all of them. Standard townhomes utilize on-site, coin-operated laundry machines. These cost $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Standard Plus and Deluxe townhomes have laundry machines in the unit. Generally, these units are reserved for returning, second, and third year students.
